The ceramic hob has been reimagined by the designers at MM Design as a black canvas, where a few precise and meaningful markers indicate the cooking zones, based on pan size and power requirements. The Multi-zone function allows multiple areas to merge into one larger surface, ideal for oversized pots or griddles.
The new TFT display offers clear, step-by-step guidance during cooking, making operation intuitive and accessible. When off, the control interface remains invisible; when on, it lights up—perfectly embodying Bertazzoni’s philosophy of discreet elegance and user-friendly functionality.

For Bertazzoni’s new induction hobs, MM Design has introduced a distinctive metal frame featuring various PVD finishes and a refined form, strengthened by a brass junction that connects the lateral frames with the top and bottom edges.
This functional and aesthetic feature becomes a true signature element—enhancing both the perceived value and visual identity of the brand.
